Notice of Annual General Meeting  

Date: Wednesday, April 19, 2023  

Registration: 6:30 PM Call to order: 7:00 PM  
Location: The London Club; 177 Queens Avenue, London, ON N6A 1J1  

to be immediately followed by Delegate Selection Meeting for
CPC National Convention 2023 to be held at the Centre des Congrès de Québec, Québec City, QC
07th - 09th September 2023.

AGM Agenda

  1. Report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors;
  2. Presentation of financial statements;
  3. Appoint the Auditor;
  4. Presentation of nominations committee report;
  5. Election of Directors;
  6. Review the Code of Conduct for Volunteers, EDA Staff and Campaign Staff;
  7. Other business as required;
  8. Presentation of election readiness plan.

After the AGM, prior to the DSM, a brief meeting will be conducted to elect the EDA Executive. Individuals wishing to vote for or become a Member of the Board of Directors or a Convention Delegate must be an active member as of March 29, 2023.  Additionally, those seeking to be Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings, as approved by National Council 08th February 2023.
